No, of course I don't mind..It's nice to know Iam being heard..Here is a definition of squalls..Figure this is a betetr defintion that I could give..

Squalls come and go..It will get really windy and then stop all of a suddenly..So on and so forth..Makes for a not a good dress or hair day..lol..

It is calmer now which isn't really encouraging but I can relax for a bit..It is gonna be hard to sleep tonight..When I happen to dose off I will probably keep the news on so I can hear what's going on whenever I do wake up..When I wake up tomorow I will expect it to be at it's worse..It is suppose to be gone by the afternoon tomorrow which is a good thing I think?..It is suppose to be a quick storm but 110 miles an hour winds do some damage course I don't know what winds we will be getting since we aren't getting the brunt of it so far..My dad works by the beach and they are closing his store till the storm passes than they will open so he will have to be to work later tomorrow which he isn't happy about as he will have to work late..

 

my dad was telling me the story of a hurricane he went through as a kid..they had to evacuate and all..when they got back home after it was all over he found a straw in a telephone pole..a tiny piece of hay had actually pierced a wooden telephone pole..That's crazy!..That's how strong those winds can be..We have a pumpkin patch not too far from here and they have left all their pumpkins out..They are gonna be distroyed and they might do damage or hurt someone when the winds get really high..Some ppl are taking this storm seriously while others aren't..

Picking up again..Iam gonna go out and watch it for a bit then maybe tempt to lay down and take a nap..Gonna be a long night..Will post sometime tomorrow to let ya know how things are going or went..

Just heard we will be getting up to 60 mph sustained winds..Those pumpkins are gonna be all over the place..It's just a matter of a few hours before it is gonna hit..Looks like south florida is gonna be hit hard..Worried about tornado's still as well...Don't know if I will take that nap now..Geesshh..Maybe I will listen to some music..

Weelll we survived..I don't think it was as bad as Frances was..It's still even really windy right now..Probaby bout 20-30 mph sustained winds with 30-40 mph gusts..I was up late listening to the news..Fell asleep bout 6am in the morning..Got up bout 10 to lots of wind and colder weather..It rained alot but that stopped bout 4-5am and it's just been really windy since so we had no flooding..They say it is suppose to drop to the 40's tonight but I dunno bout that since it was just 80 yesterday..It is in the 60's-70's now which is really nice..Won't be complaining about the temps today!

 

I went out for a walk this morning and the wind affected my walking alittle..Pushed against me on the way to and pushed me along on my way back..lol..I stumbled a few times with it so it was definitely strong.Sand blew up in my face a few times so I was glad I had my sunglasses on..

 

Just looking out the window now and the trees are all over the place..I look forward to it calming but it will be alittle while for the winds slow down...Least the rain stopped and the sun it out..The worst is over..
