but i think the Page Cannot Be Displayed is an msn problem en not your puter

cause i and others have it too

it's right you only get it in msn groups and hotmail, right?

 

but a hijack this log is always nice to see if there are other problems too

 

what programs do you use to protect your pc from spam and virusses?

 

i have a firewall and anti virus and spybot and ie spyad installed

so that's pretty safe

 

tried to download the newest hijackthislog but i couldn't get the file

have an old one on my puter, so if you want it to run on yours, but it won't get all the newer stuff, so better get the newest version ....

 

i have a group (Dutch) were we can send our hijackthislog files to be checked and returned with advice what to delete ... they are pretty good, but i guess your group can do the same

 

oh well, i just told them i can't get the file

so have to wait and see if someone is around to help

 

meanwhile i'll run the old one on my pc

see if i have problems i am not aware of

but usually i get a message "All clean"

 

sure hope people will read what Bay posted about Forwarding mails and use BCC when mailing to multiple addresses

Yeah mine says all clean too, and I think it is msn.

My son is getting it too.

I hope they get it fixed pretty soon.

I told my son they must have thier best people at msn out on vacation, so they can't get anything fixed till they get back next month. LOLOL

I hope Bayrosies thread on emails has some impact on peoples thinking too. I hate forwarded stuff. I always get popups after i get one of those, even if i don't open them. it's frustrating. and all because my addy shows up on them.

I hope your not still having problems with page not being displayed Q.. that happend to me once in a while but doesn't last long... and I thought it was always MSN and not our puter .. As for  Hijackthislog.. I have no Idea what that is... You and Mar are the computer experts ... lol.. me I'm the psp expert...

 

As for the post about email.. I don't think many have read it.. I will try to bump it up again.. I have sent that email with all that info to family members and friends... and some are  still sending emails with the forwards on it with lots of addys on them.. GRRRRRR.... some people..   need..
