Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

Ingredients

4 racks of pork back ribs
1 whole onion,chopped
1 package OnionSoup Mix
3 cloves Garlic,chopped
1 large jar Grape Jelly OR 1 bottle of Peach schnapps
1 bottle of store-bought BBQ sauce,(I used Miss Diana,HoneyGarlic)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
5-6 shakes of Worchestershire Sauce

Procedure

Place ribs in a large, deep pot, sprinkle onion soup mix and chopped onion over the ribs.
Fill pot with cold water, till the ribs are covered, and bring to a boil. Boil for 20 minutes.
As the ribs are boiling, mix garlic, grape jelly(or schnapps),BBQ sauce, brown sugar, & Worchestershire sauce in a large roasting pan.(I mixed mine in a bowl and then poured it into a sealer. I cooked the ribs in water one night and then baked them in the oven the next night).[ I also only cooked "1" rack of ribs. Had sauce left over].
Place drained ribs in the roasting pan with sauce and bake for "3 Hours" in a  Pre-heated 300* oven.
The ribs will fall off the bone.........Delicious! Finger lickin' wonderful!
