Copy and paste this into your page then highlight it and click on the 'Add Background Color' icon to change the color to your desire.

Eastern Time Zone:

You can then go into the HTML editor and change the time zone:

Eastern EST-0500 to change back to fall time EST-0400
Central CST-0600 "" "" CST-0500
Mountain MST-0700 "" "" MST-0600
Pacific PST-0800 "" "" PST-0700
