Bring to boil (with spices in a spice ball) & gently boil 10 minutes:
6 cups sugar
6 cups vinegar
6 cups water
1 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Mustard seed
1 tsp. Celery seed
2 tbs. Pickling spice
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Allspice
Add the well drained cucs, onions & cauliflower.
Stir often as it comes to a boil but do not boil, just simmer a few minutes.
Put in sterilized jars & seal. Makes about 9 pints.
Note: This recipe can be cut in half but don't skimp on the spices.
