Top with remaining ice cream and drizzle with remaining sour cream mixture. Freeze pie, covered, until firm, about 1 hour.

*'Grandma's Secrets'*
~~~To get clean, even slices of pie, Grandma first filled a bowl with hot water. She made a cut, then dipped the knife in the hot water and wiped it off.  The hot knife sliced right through the frozen ice cream and crust with a minimum of effort. And that made it easier to cut the pie into 8 pieces instead of 6.~~~
Enjoy!!!
