In Large pot add above ingredients and heat to baby bottle warm, remove and sprinkle 10 tablespoons of yeast, stir to disolve, cover and let rest about 5 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Pour mixture into a large metal dishpan, add 2 5 pound cottage cheese containers of flour. Mix with your hands till smooth, pour a little oil into the pan, turning dough to coat all sides and top, Cover and let rise till double, about 1 hour, Punch down and fashion into loaves, rolls or cinnimom rolls, cover and let rise about 1 hour bake at 450 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes or untill nice and golden brown.
