Yeast Bread

1/2 gallon of milk
1 cup butter
1/2 cup oil
5 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar   since I am a diabetic I use 1/4 cup real sugar and the rest sugar sub.
In Large pot add above ingredients and heat to baby bottle warm, remove and sprinkle 10 tablespoons of yeast, stir to disolve, cover and let rest about 5 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Pour mixture into a large metal dishpan, add 2     5 pound cottage cheese containers of flour. Mix with your hands till smooth, pour a little oil into the pan, turning dough to coat all sides and top, Cover and let rise till double, about 1 hour, Punch down and fashion into loaves, rolls or cinnimom rolls, cover and let rise about 1 hour bake at 450 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes or untill nice and golden brown. Excess can be wrapped and frozen for up to 3 months. This is what my family and friends get for Christmas every year. I did it once and the next year they requested it.
