Mar, can you tell me if it is possible to have a World map here, too?
since we have people from around the world at our site, just canada and the usa wouldn't be much good.......

storing info here

I like the concept of http://www.geourl.com , where you enter your latitude/longitude coordinates and it's gets displayed as a small dot on a map (and lots of other nice features). It uses no Java, but has clickable maps.

It's based on work by Dan Egnor, who uses some data from the US Census Bureau.

I didn't have the time yet to look further into it (or download some code), maybe some of you could check the following URLs and try to find out if there's something we could use - or how it works Smile.

http://www.geourl.com
http://ofb.net/~egnor/google.html
http://www.census.gov/geo/www/tiger/index.html
http://www.census.gov/geo/www/maps/
http://p2pmap.org/ and especially all the links on http://p2pmap.org/references/references.html

Cool here is part of one of the emails I got from them
do you want my user name and password for that too?
I think I can trust you ladies with it

Step 3: Get Your Special Copy/Paste Code.
Copy the code we provide when you register a service and paste it into your webpage where you want the service buttons to appear.

Step 4: Manage Your New Services.
Login to your account and click on the name of the service you want to edit under 'Registered Services'. These are your Service Managers.

If you need help at any time, we offer fast, friendly support in the Bravenet Support Center.

Crap, the reply wouldn't open even with the popup blocker off on this thread for the reply window, so i'm on plain text editor now.

Anyway, It does work (the guest map) with the other addy. so we're good

I hope your headache gets better, it's probably caused by me and the problems I create here.......... LOLOLOL
See ya later, i got to get busy too
