I would consider it a dream personally but it could be a vision , time will tell on that lol
seriously though I have had visions in dream state and I can not tell the difference to be honest I wish I could but I cant find anything that makes them stand out, only when it happens.
As for the dream
hot water , could someone be getting into trouble - hotwater 
If you do think its a vision or your gut is really telling you to say something maybe mention it to them to get their hot water checked. How I dont know. I would just blurt it out but everyone already thinks Im a nut case.
