In my darkest hour, on my darkest day.

In the darkest part of me the darkness turned away.

For in my darkest hour and on my darkest day.

Your love shown deep with in my soul from darkness I was saved

It was your touch so pure so good that broke my bonds so dark.

And placed in me a spark an ember and on my heart love's mark.

For now I find im not alone I walk in company .

With those who I love so dear, not just in memory.

For now they are here with me in this solace place.

A place of peace and refuge found in my state of grace.

Never again will I take life, as a game to play.

Ever since the day you see that darkness turned away.
