This is Feb. 29, 2004. I am going to type up some notes as I am studying Daniel and some other things connected. I hope to transfer all of this into a good message.

Question -- Who is Neb. representing in Dan. 4? v32--The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles' feathers, and his nails like birds' claws.

....driven from men? I am thinking this is the starting of the true church. They were called out to be a different, peculiar people, separate from the world of men.

The ‘oxen�?is the first, or laboring, sacrificial stage of Christianity = the living creature of Eze. 1 & 10. That first and early church went through this stage of the oxen = laboring and sacrificing their lives in martyrdom.

It also is the first stage we must all go through to start growing up in Christ. We must spend the time ‘labouring�?in the word and studying and seeking to know God better. So this ‘eating�?grass like the oxen is showing this first stage of Christianity. We must be a separate, peculiar people, called out from among men. We must labour and ‘eat�?the Word as the oxen of God.

His body was wet with the dew of heaven? = Receiving the rain of the falling of the Holy Ghost in our lives-- Until we grow up in Christ.

 The last stage of the true Church or Christianity is the eagle. Hair in the Word symbolizes glory and power with God, that is when it is GROWN.

Eze 16:7 I have caused thee to multiply as the bud of the field, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou art come to excellent ornaments: thy breasts are fashioned, and thine hair is grown, whereas thou wast naked and bare.

See here that God is speaking of when He first brought up the people of Jerusalem. He found them naked and bare = same as Adam and Eve were = naked = not having on the glory of God.

The last or Laodicean Church is said to be naked and bare. So not having ‘breasts�?to feed the babes the milk of the Word and not having the long, grown hair, which is a woman’s glory, was the cause of this nakedness.

So when God caused her hair to be grown out, He had given her the Holy Ghost or His Glory. So here Neb. was out in the ‘field�?= world, until his ‘hair�?was grown out; showing the Church receiving the fullness of God and maturity.

Then it said ‘grown�?like eagles�?feathers. Now what is this? That eagle is the last stage of the true Church or that living creature. This is when we are mature in God and can soar the heavens with the glory and power of God in our lives. We can go forth in the Word and receive the hidden manna or revelation.

So this is showing that he was out in that church world for seven ages, or seven churches until she brought forth another man child with the glory of God. And His nails grew out like birds�?claws. This is showing the same thing. That eagle can take his strong claws and ‘catch�?the prey. So this ‘eagle�?of God, this powerful true Church with the glory of God in our lives, can and does go and catch the prey. This is those trapped in Satan’s lies and deception. But they are really true sheep of God. So we the eagles, catch them and bring them into the fold of God.

It was the same in Peter’s and Paul’s day. They were eagles and lions of God. So they were mature in Christ and able to go catch the prey from the OT covenant law group and bring them into grace.

In Dan. 4:34 it says that at the end of the days His understanding returned to him and then He blessed the most High and praised and honoured him. This shows that at the end of the last Laodicean Church, the true understanding of God will be given back to His people. Truth will once again be known by the true Church and then she will praise and bless the true God and not the god of wood and stones = their buildings,

After this His kingdom was restored to him and all his people returned to him as at the first. Now he praised and blessed the God of Heaven. See after all those seven churches are finished, there will come again another true Church or true witness of God in this earth. Then the kingdom of Jesus will be established forever on this earth.

I also now see that this revelation shows the over-all move of man on earth.  This shows that after the fall of man, and the entire 'seven' years, or complete human life-span, is finished, as shown by the seven years out in the field, then the original glory which God had given to Adam at creation, is restored to the resurrected Saints.

Then again, after the flood, as man once again perverted the way of God on earth, that 'seven years', or complete time span, then at the end, the glory will again be restored.

This is a great revelation to me.
