~~~~~Are you in the Flesh or the Spirit?~~~~~
Are you walking and believing in the ‘flesh?or the ‘spirit?
The answer to this question is of utmost importance. It determines how you understand the Word of God; it determines your eternal destination.
11Cor. 5:7--For we walk by faith, not by sight.
15--and that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
v16--Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.
v17--Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
What is he saying, henceforth? It is saying since Jesus died and rose we do not know him or any other person anymore after the FLESH.
Romans 7:5--For when we were in FLESH the motions of sins, which were by the LAW, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto DEATH.
Now in this one verse alone, we have FLESH, LAW, AND DEATH connected.
Now, the change: Romans 8:1--There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not AFTER THE FLESH, but after the Spirit.
Now this shows that if one is baptized into Christ Jesus, they are no longer walking after the flesh, but in the Spirit. So this proves that the FLESH, AND THE SPIRIT are opposites.
v2--For the law of the Spirit of LIFE in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the LAW OF SIN AND DEATH.
Now don’t you see that this LAW, SIN, AND DEATH are the same law spoken of in 7:5?
So there is a new law, which sets us free from that old law of sin and death. This new law, is that we have LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS.
Now, if one in in this new LAW, they will do as is stated in our first Scripture in 11Cor.--- they will not now know people after that FLESH -- WHICH IS THAT LAW OF SIN AND DEATH.
We will not know or judge each other according to that old law of sin and death, which is the law of Moses, the old testament law.
v4--That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the FLESH, BUT AFTER THE SPIRIT.
v6--For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
v8--So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
v9--But ye are not in the FLESH, but in the Spirit, IF SO BE THAT THE SPIRIT OF GOD DWELL IN YOU. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
v13--For if ye live after the FLESH, (law) ye shall die.
v14--For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the SONS of God.
Gal. 2:21--I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
So all who profess to be sanctified or have righteousness by the law are confessing that to them Christ is dead in vain.
Gal. 3:26--For ye are all the children of God by FAITH in Christ Jesus.
v27--For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
v28--There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither MALE NOR FEMALE: for ye are ALL ONE IN CHRIST JESUS.
Now, this says if you have been baptized (Holy Ghost Baptism)--into Jesus, you put on Jesus. You are now a part of his body==== bone of his bone; flesh of his flesh.
This is true of anyone-- no race involved; no sex involved. He said we are all one = meaning the same. In the Spirit, he does not see male and female; he see Jesus.
We are not in the FLESH, but in the Spirit, IF WE HAVE BEEN BAPTIZED INTO JESUS. We are now seeing in the Spirit - in the Spirit there is neither male nor female.
We are all one. The LAW is the FLESH. The LAW is sin and death. If you are under the LAW, you are walking in the flesh; then you will still know people after the flesh. You will still see male and female.
If you still see male and female, Jew and others, you are in the flesh; they that are in the flesh CANNOT PLEASE GOD.
If you care for truth; if you care to have salvation; better get this right. Go back and read and re-read this; comparing Scripture with Scripture until you see it. Eat the Word. Just reading words does not mean you ‘eat?it. you must understand it to ‘eat?it.
Unless you eat it, you have no life in you. If you still see some of us as ‘female?who have no part in the ministry of our Savior of whom we are a part, then you are still in the flesh; still walking in the law of sin and death. Therefore you have no salvation.
Go back to the first Scripture in this message: if you know someone after the flesh, you are not in Christ. He said if we be in Christ we know no man any longer after the flesh.
We do not know Christ now as a man; we know him as Spirit. I am bone of HIS bone; flesh of his flesh. This is Spirit.
If you condemn someone as a female, say that she cannot tell the glorious things my Father reveals to her, you confess that you are still in the flesh of the old law; the law of sin and death; you still know me after the flesh; this proves you are not in the Spirit. They that are after the flesh CANNOT PLEASE GOD.
This is why Paul rebuked those men in Corinth who were also saying according to the law women could not teach. Paul said we are all one. We are all able to teach, preach, do any of the gift of the Spirit.
You walk according to the Old Law and are condemned if you still see it this way.
You confess to us that you are condemned for you still know us after the flesh.
