~~~~ Arise, cry out ~~~~
Lam. 2: 19.~~~ Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord: lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children, that faint for hunger in the top of every street.
20. Behold, O Lord, and consider to whom thou hast done this. Shall the women eat their fruit, and children of a span long? shall the priest and the prophet be slain in the sanctuary of the Lord?
21. The young and the old lie on the ground in the streets: my virgins and my young men are fallen by the sword; thou hast slain them in the day of thine anger; thou hast killed, and not pitied.
22. Thou hast called as in a solemn day my terrors round about, so that in the day of the Lord's anger none escaped nor remained: those that I have swaddled and brought up hath mine enemy consumed.
Ezekiel 9
1. He cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.
2. And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the north, and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer's inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brasen altar.
3. And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which had the writer's inkhorn by his side;
4. And the Lord said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.
5. And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity:
6. Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.
7. And he said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and slew in the city.
8. And it came to pass, while they were slaying them, and I was left, that I fell upon my face, and cried, and said, Ah Lord God! wilt thou destroy all the residue of Israel in thy pouring out of thy fury upon Jerusalem?
9. Then said he unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceeding great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The Lord hath forsaken the earth, and the Lord seeth not.
10. And as for me also, mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will recompense their way upon their head.
11. And, behold, the man clothed with linen, which had the inkhorn by his side, reported the matter, saying, I have done as thou hast commanded me.
People of God, we are called upon by the Almighty God to obey these Scriptures. Please take the time to carefully read and study these passages.
America is in big trouble right now. We are at the very same stage of life that this shows Ancient Israel and Judah to be in at the time God came against them in His anger and destroyed them from being a people.
He gave them the same warning he is giving us. He sent prophets to warn them to arise in the night and cry out for the life of their young children and themselves. They refused to obey. They ran still on in their sins and serving their idols.
As you hear and read of all the horrors going on in our country and the world, does it stir your heart to weep and howl before the Lord? It should. Are you concerned enough about our welfare and the safety of our children to deny yourself a little sleep and food to seek God? If not, destruction is certain.
Read Eze. 9:6--Slay utterly old and young, both maids and little children, and women: BUT COME NOT NEAR ANY MAN UPON WHOM IS THE MARK;.
What Mark? The mark of God in their forehead.
Read 1Cor. 10-- here we are told that ancient Israel was examples of evil and disobedience for us NOT TO FOLLOW AFTER.
Do not do as they did! Do not continue to disobey and anger the Living God by your idols and sins. If you do, destruction is certain.
The church world is full of people who idolize and practically worship old Israel. But we are told here and all through the Word that they were a disobedient people whom God was never pleased with. We are told not to follow their example. So why consider them God’s chosen people whom we should look to?
I beech you who read this, please put it into practice and rise and cry out to God to save us from our enemies. Don’t be as Israel was; don’t refuse to obey. If He spared them not, take heed that He also spare you not.
4. And the Lord said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.
This is taken from the Scripture above in Eze. 9.
I wanted to point out this: The mark of God was set upon the foreheads of only those who sigh and cry for all the abominatins that be done in the midst thereof.
This is another reason we need to arise and cry out against all this violence in our land. Unless you are upset about all this evil, God will not spare you.
The people crying over all this evil are the only ones he spared when the destroying angel passes by.
So I urge everyone to get involved: arise and cry out to God to stop all this evil and violence in our land.
It is for your own safety
