Ooooh how I wish I was artistic Lily.  They are just wonderful, you are a clever lady.  Thank you for sharing them with us.
 
I am thinking that once I have had enough of upholstery to move on to an art class, just to see if I can create anything.  They say we all have a gift, wish mine would show itself before getting too old.
 
Today I started a tapestry cushion kit, should be easy, being a kit what could possibly go wrong lol.  At the same time have started a crochet scarf at least six times, the edges look awful, but just seen what is wrong so will try yet again.

Lily! I love your work! it's really inspirational!
How I envy you being able to draw faces, paint portraits. It's something that I just can't do, it is truely a gift!
I can copy a portrait drawing, line for line, but could not start one from scratch, lucky you to be able to.
I do hope that you have kept it going Lily, because if you don't you lose that edge, you know??
The first picture here you should put in a frame, don't let it get lost or raggy looking, you will regret it if you do!
Keep up the gift God gave you!

These are fantastic Lily.  I love them all, but I think the faces in the middle one are amazing, especially as you were only 14 when you did them!
