....from this non craft person an Etui Box that eventually I have completed. Firstly photo shows it closed and next open. This is the first time trying to upload to VG and cant see how (on my new computer) how to resize, so shrunk on screen lol. Always a way around things!!! Liz. |

Oh Liz congratulations that is splendid and what a pretty choice of fabrics you have chosen. I have seen those in the shops and thought how useful they look I really envy you having made that, I hope you get many years of pleasure from it. CT |

That is really stunning Liz, you must be so proud after all your hard work. I had never even heard of an Etui box, so went off and googled for more information, then got distracted by all those craft sites adversiting kits to make boxes... The pics look fine to moi Liz as does the box you have made. Much better that they are this size than soooo big that you have to spend 5 minutes scrolling the page to see only a bit at a time. The box doesn't look too bad or is that good as well, heehee. Etui box eh, now where did I put that French dictionary! |

French for "case", an etui is a small, usually ornamental, case for holding articles such as needles, scissors, tweezers, and other articles of toilet or of daily use. Just googled it .was wondering myself what it meant. |
