I love that Jean and it certainly looks like it would keep the winter chills at bay.

I am definitly going to learn to crochet, I  did some knitted blankets on the machine and just did fan crochet round the edge some while back, learnt from a book now I have the yearning to try something more adventerous lol.

If I get stuck I will know who to ask for advice

A Bond and funnily enough Mike had to go up the loft today to fetch something and I told him to get it down for me as Jessica wants a big plain chunky jumper and I thought it would be so much easier to do the main parts on it.

I always liked the bond better than the 2 brothers I have as you are not restricted to very fine wool, I also found the Teach yourself crochet book in the box full of patterns so i'm really looking forward to getting stuck in to crafts once things settle down next week.

I have tried several times today to post pics of my latest creations but MSN is not letting me, boohoo.

Love the colours you chose Jean, such a pretty cheerful  cover for the dull old winter months.  I must admit I much prefer crocheting over knitting  it goes so much faster doesnt it?
