Pansy, reading the bit about your mom brought back some horrible times for me!!
I was taught by nuns, now who ever else is my age and was taught by nuns will automaticly know what I am about to say.
They were very cruel, and I too was hit, smacked,caned, even pinched, and had a ruler across my knuckles and my head for writing with my left hand.
Jean, I cannot do anything with my right hand, everything is done left-handed, and the same with Keith, but our daughter can use both her left and right, she can write with both, and you can't tell which hand she has used either, both sets of writing are lovely and neat!ours sons are all right handed, but two of our grand children are left handed!
