Sweet and Spicy Slow Cooker Beans and Ribs Serves: 8
Hands-OnTime: 10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 8 Hours
Total Time: 8 Hours 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans BUSH'S® Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16 ounce) can BUSH'S® Barbecue Baked Beans
1 (9 ounce) jar mango chutney
1 cup mango nectar
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Jamaican jerk seasoning
3 pounds boneless country style pork ribs, cut into serving size portions
Directions:
1 In a 5 quart slow cooker, combine the BUSH'S® Black Beans, BUSH'S® Barbecue Baked Beans, chutney, nectar, hoisin sauce, honey and half of the jerk seasoning. Sprinkle ribs with remaining seasoning and add to slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, or until meat is tender.
