Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 4 tsp apple cider vinegar 5 tsp honey 2 tsp poppy seeds freshly ground pepper to taste | Salad 2 lbs boneless chicken 3/4 cup pecan pieces 1 cup red seedless grapes 1 cup white seedless grapes 3 cups celery diced |

Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl. mix and refrigerate
cook and refrigerate chicken until chilled and cut into bite size pieces
Gently blend chicken, grapes, celery and dressing
Makes 6 (10oz) portions.
