"Try these double dipped coconut deep-fried shrimp at your next party. They go great with a Pina Colada!"  INGREDIENTS:     |   oil for frying  1/2 cup flour  2 teaspoons curry powder  2 cups shredded coconut  |    Salt and pepper to taste  1 pound cleaned shrimp   2 eggs, beaten  |    DIRECTIONS:     | 1. |  Preheat oil in skillet or wok on medium heat to 350 degrees. |    | 2. |  Mix flour, curry, coconut, salt and pepper. |    | 3. |  Dip shrimp in egg mixture then roll in flour mixture. Repeat. |    | 4. |  Cook about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. |     |
