Hamburger Dills
1 clove garlic
1 head dill
1 sliced onion
Sliced cucumbers
1 pint water
1 quart cider vinegar
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup coarse pickling salt
Fill quart loosely with garlic, dill, onion and sliced cucumber. Bring water, vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil and pour over contents of jar. Seal.
