INGREDIENTS: 1 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup raisins | 1 cup chopped dried plums 1 cup chopped walnuts 4 egg whites 1 teaspoon vanilla extract | DIRECTIONS: 1. | In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in raisins, plums and walnuts; toss to coat evenly. In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form. Stir about a third of the egg whites and vanilla into flour mixture. Fold in remaining egg whites.
