Pork Chop Casserole

8 pork chops
(I use 8 boneless pork loin..if using 8 full or thick
pork chops I may add an extra can of soup)
2 cans of Chicken with Rice soup

Dredge pork chops in following flour mixture:
1/2 cup flour
1tsp salt
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic salt

When coated ~ brown in frying pan.
Place browned pork chops in crockpot and cover
with 2 cans of undiluted Chicken with Rice soup
(I add a little water & I add a little of the soup on bottom of crock pot before adding bottom layer of pork loins ).
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
(with using the boneless loin I cooked them about 4 hours)

The pork is really tender and soup mixture
provides your rice with wonderful gravy.
Just add a vegetable and your meal is ready!
