Ingredients: Bacon approx 2 slices per chicken breast Boneless skinless chicken breast Cream chicken soup Milk Cheddar cheese
Cook bacon place in bottom of casserole dish, place raw ckn on top and cover with 1 can cream chicken soup per every 3 breasts mixed w ½ cup milk. Bake covered @ 350 degrees until ckn pulls apart easily with fork Sprinkle with cheddar and place back in oven uncovered until bubbling and cheese is melted. Serve over rice. My family loves this recipe. You can also use skim or 2% milk and cheese as well as using soup with lower sodium and fat.
