Get out your crockpot...although I think you did them in the oven the last time...crockpot is easier...for me anywho!!! You just layer sliced tators with salt, pepper, shredded cheese, diced onion and just keep layering like that until you've got as much as you want and then plop a can of cream of mushroom soup on top of it put the lid on and in a few hours you've got yummy easy cheesy tators!!! You can even have it all set up the night before and just plug it in in the morning!!! Oh ya got me hungry for those now...lol...good idea for Christmas day...those with ham...yummy!!!
