sautee one large onion in lots of butter
add mushrooms
add one can of hominy
then add a few TBS of whatever sauce you like
we always use Heinz 57
then just let it simmer to your liking...we like it a little crispy on one side but I've started it late before and it's good even when it's not crispy...there you have it...simple and delicious!!
