Copy the code to a word processor, and/or print it out. Using a pencil, write the decoded letters under the encrypted ones. Keep your eraser handy!
Start off with one letter words, apostrophied words, words after a comma, 2-letter words, 3-letter words.
Count the letters ... most prevalent may be E or T. Letter frequencies are shown below the cryptogram.
Then start guessing the rest.
