I happened upon this Thelemic oriented website again today and thought I'd post a link. --L.B.

Gnosis: one's intimate, personal knowledge of spiritual reality. Old
when Christianity was born, the concept of Gnosis is most feared by those
who want to present THEMSELVES as the Meditators between people and
God/Goddess.
G
nostics reject this concept in favour of individual direct experience
with the Divine. Combing shamanistic, esoteric, ceremonial, alchemical,
astrological, tantric, meditational and devotional techniques from
eclectic sources, Gnostics are as old as humanity and as new as the
technology of tomorrow.

A
n excellent reference is "The Secret Books of the Egyptian Gnostics" by
Jean Doressee.

T
he Gnostic Alchemical Church of Typhon-Christ, with current branches
in France, England, Canada, and the USA seeks to further spread the Gnosis
through the revelations of the English Qaballa derived from the Holy
Books of Thelema, particularly Liber AL vel Legis, the Book of the Law.
