When you go to move the new page you've just made on your group and it's at the bottom of the list in "Manage Pages", click on "Move Up" and hold while you click on the enter button on your keyboard. It will automatically move the pages up without having to click on "Move Up" all the time. You don't have to continue holding down the "Move Up" button once you have clicked on the enter button. Try it, it works great."
