Answer: Most of the time, this is caused by not copying the whole URL. Most of them are verrrrry long. You need to pull your curser down a bit to make sure you have grabbed all of it (Step 9, Lesson 1)

Here is a test you can give yourself to make sure you have the whole URL:
1) Start a new reply, don’t worry about having a cheat sheet in it.
2) Paste your URL and hit send.
3) Now click on your URL, if you get an error page then you did not copy the whole URL. If it takes you to where the tile is stored, then you have copied it correctly.
4) Delete your ‘test�?reply. It probably is so long that it stretches out all of your messages.

If the above doesn’t solve your problem:
~Are you using IE (Internet Explorer) for your browser? Many other browsers don’t support the MSN tools and options.
~Did you use Ctrl+V to paste the URL?
~Did you click between the lines of the cheat sheet when you tried to paste the URL?
