and finally after one and a half great seasons KYLE XY gets it's own thread.... yeaaaaaaaa.. tick Kyle XY's January return Kyle XY fans rejoice! TV Guide reports that our favorite super-teen with no belly button returns to the small screen on January 14 in its regular timeslot. That is when we'll learn if Jessi survived her fall (although if you can't wait until then, keep reading). And we have another reason to be celebrate, the cast and crew had time to complete the 10 remaining episodes of Season 2 before the writers' strike started.
Spoilers ahead! TV Guide reports that when the show resumes, Kyle will tell the Tragers the truth about his origins. Together, they will try to take down Madacorp and its leader: Ballantine. Per spoilers we've released in our Spoilers Anonymous features, we also know that we will learn more about Brian's and Adam's past. I can also confirm that all series regulars return (aka Jessi is not dead and if Amanda did go to NYC she will come back very soon) and that Lori will take interest in Stephen's new T.A. (yep, looks like he'll start teaching). |

Our Boy Is Back!  We're not ashamed to admit we sort of love Kyle XY, the teenybopper drama about a genetically engineered super-kid dealing with high school and the mad scientists who created him. And now it's coming back, for 10 new episodes, starting January 12 at 9 PM on ABC Family . Now where's our Middleman season two? |

Kyle XY: This superpowered teen show is back in January, and I'm ridiculously excited. Says Kyle actor Matt Dallas: "Jessi becomes a much bigger part of the show this year, and we actually start to like her a little bit more. Also, Kyle and Amanda's relationship gets tested." |

Kyle XY: This superteen family show is back in January, so it's almost time for me to write a giant rant about why everyone should give it a chance. This season, the evil science group Latnok will finally reveal itself to Kyle, and he'll get a new love interest. Plus, the Tragers will get a new house guest, and it's the last person Amanda wants under the same roof as Kyle. (Jessi?) |

Kyle XY: Season three will be the most action-packed, as Kyle gives up on trying to be normal and starts using his powers more. Kyle goes looking for his girlfriend Amanda (who was kidnapped by the Latnok organization) and immediately gets himself captured by Latnok as well. Kyle fights his way out, then goes and finds his fellow test-tube kid, Jessi, and they team up to rescue Amanda. Kyle becomes more sneaky and tricky as he fights against Latnok. We meet a new Latnok leader, Cassidy, who wants Kyle to join them. And a Latnok scientist, Nate, who sees Kyle as a threat. Also, Kyle realizes he and Amanda can never share the bond he has with Jessi, even though he can't trust Jessi. Jessi, meanwhile, goes through some heavy stuff, and we learn to appreciate her more. |
