I wrote this tutorial on the 20th of December 2007 and any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental. Please feel free to print it out for your own personal use but please do not claim it as your own or pass it around in your group without prior permission. All materials and tubes used are copyrighted to their respective owners and will be credited accordingly. If there is something I have used and it is yours, please let me know so I can give you the credit you deserve.

This tutorial assumes you have a Good working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
Paint Shop Pro (I used 7 but can be done in any version)

Tube of Choice (I used the Gorgeous artwork of ©Carlos Cartegena). You can Purchase a Licence to use his Artwork Here.

Font of Choice

Filters: EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow (optional)

VM Extravangaza/ Transmission

Weekend Freebie Scrap Kit from Melissa @ Scrappy Expressions. You can find her site here, but everything you need is in the supplies below.

My supplies

Open a blank canvas 600x600 you can resize later and flood fill white.

Put your foreground on white and pick a paper from the scrap kit and put your fill on pattern and find the paper you have chosen.

Go to eclipse and set your line width on 30 and draw out a circle starting at 100 on vertical and horizontal and draw it out to 550 x550.  When pleased, go to object align and align center.  Add your chosen dropshadow to your circle.  Now dupliate this layer and resize by 80

go to your bottom layer  and chose a color from your tube forground null and background the color you have chosen from your tube. and draw out an eclipse a little bit larger than your larger than your largest circle. Then blur/gaussian blur of 20. Then VM Extravangaza/Transmission at the default setting.  Now set your line width to 5 and find your diamond line.  Draw a diamond line to fit right outside of largest circle.  When pleased, convert to raster layer add a light dropshadow.  Duplicate this and resize by 90.  Now adding your text.

Go to your smallest circle and having your foreground to null and background any color, make a circle to fill the inside of the smallest circle.  Do not convert to raster, find your tezt tool and use whatever test and font you have chosen and the color you would like your text.  Move your mouse to the outside of the circle till you see an A.  This is where you will start to add your text.  Go completely around your circle till your text is added.  When pleased, promote to layer added a light dropshadow if you choose, I also added a thin white gradient glow to my text around the circle..  Go back and delete your vector layer you used to add your text with.

Now find the Java Scrap and resize to fit inside of the small circle and the same with the coffee cup.  Add a dropshadow of your choice. Now add your main tube and resize till you are pleased and place wherever you choose.  Add your copyright Information and your name.

Now got to the largest diamond line copy it take it to animation shop and and paste as a new animation.  Copy it and close it out.  Pull up a new animation 600 x 600 and paste it in the frame.  Right click and go to insert animation effect and find Rotate.

Have your setting set to these:  Effect length 1.1

Frame per Second 7 fps

Then go to customize and set the maximum angle to 25 and make sure the fill unused pixels with canvas color is checked.  You should have 8 frames when this is done.  Now got to the first frame and delete it.  Then go to the last three frame and delete them..You should now have 4 frames.  Minimze this for now.

Go back to PSP and get the smaller diamond circle and do the same thing, but run it in reverse.  Once done, minimize it and go back to PSP.  X out the diamond layers, and the main tube.  Copy/merge everything else and take to animation shop and paste as a new animation.  Duplicate this till you have 4 frames.  Now find your largest diamond animations and select all, then copy.  Go to your merged frames and go to select/select all/then select again/then select propagate paste and paste your largest diamond circle into the frames.  Do the same thing with the smallest diamond circle.  Now back into PSP copy your main tube, and copyright information and your name,do not copy/merge.  Take it to animation shop and paste as a new animation.  Close it out pull up a new animation and paste into the frame.  Copy it and close that out, then take and place it into your frames with your diamonds and background.  Leave your setting for the animation at the default setting of 10.  Run your animation to check it and make sure you are pleased with the results.  When please then optimize and save as you always do.

Voila your tag is complete.
