Open a blank canvas 600x600 you can resize later and flood fill white.
Copy and pasted the frame and colorize it to the color you wish to use and add a drop shadow of choice. Go to the background layer. Type out the word Flirt/go to objects/center align then convert to a raster layer. Go to your filter MuraMiester copies using these settings below:
In your drop down menu, look for tiling and click ok. Now find your mask and go to mask/new/from image look for your mask that you should have minimized/have source luminance checked and invert mask data not checked. Click ok. Then merge group. Now add your bows and diamonds any way you choose to with a slight drop shadow. I alternated mine but when I added the diamonds, I merged all those visable so I could go back and animate them. Now add your tube of choice and add a drop shadow of choice. Now would be a good time to add your copyright information before you animate.
To animate, I duplicated the merged layer twice having three layers. I then went to DSB Flux bright noise using the setting below:
First layer: Mixed setting at 35
Second layer mixed setting at 45
Third layer mixed setting at 55
I Xed out the second and third layers and clicked on the first layer then when to edit/copy merged and took it to animation shop as pasted as a new animation. Went back to PSP Xed out the first layer, unXed the second layer and went to edit/copy merged and took to animation shop and pasted after current frame. Do the same thing with your third layer till you have all three layers in animation shop. Check your animation and make sure you are pleased with the speed of the frames. I left mine at the default setting of 10, but how you want to do it is your choice. You might want to add your name before you take to animation shop, but I always make the tag first then go back and make the name later. Then I take the name to animation shop paste as a new layer, close that out and I make sure I have propagate paste clicked and paste it where I want it..
I hope this was easy enough for you to follow and you enjoyed doing my tutorial.
