I wrote this tutorial on the 2nd of May 2008 and any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental. Please feel free to print it out for your own personal use but please do not claim it as your own or pass it around in your group without prior permission. All materials and tubes used are copyrighted to their respective owners and will be credited accordingly. If there is something I have used and it is yours, please let me know so I can give you the credit you deserve.

This tutorial assumes you have a Good working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
Paint Shop Pro (I used 7 but can be done in any version)

Animation shop

Filters: EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow (optional) for your text

DSB Flux

MuraMiester Copies

Fonts of choice( I used Kinkee,Century Gothic and Duchess for the name )

Tube of Choice (I used the Gorgeous artwork of ©Keith Garvey).  You can Purchase a Licence to use this Artwork Here.

Scrap Kit by Yvette Funky Denim which you can download here Misfits Scrapz Word art from a Kit by Cinnamon I love Denim which you can download here Cinnamon Scraps

and the mask WSL_84 by Chelle which you can find here.

My supplies

which includes the Diamond (and Bow if you wish to use)

Open a blank canvas 600x600 (you can resize later) and flood fill white.

Copy and paste the funky demin oval frame add a drop shadow of choice.  I didn't resize mine, but you can if you choose too.

Go to the  background layer.  Type out the words Blue Jeans Kinda Gal (I used my Century Gothic font for this)/ Make sure the setting is set to vector then go to objects/center align then convert to a raster layer.  Go to your filter MuraMiester copies using these settings below:

In your drop down menu, look for tiling and click ok. Now find your mask and go to mask/new/from image look for your mask that you should have minimized/have source luminance checked and invert mask data not checked.  Click ok. Then merge group.  Now add your  diamonds any way you choose to with a slight drop shadow.  I added mine all the way around, but it would be ok to alternate the diamond if you chose to use the diamond.  If you choose to use the diamond and have more than one layer, it would be a good thing to merge them visable so you can animate them later.

Now let's go back to the frame layer, click inside with your magic wand all the white parts, even around where the bow is. go to selections/modify expand by 4 and copy and paste the funky demin paper 1 as a new layer then go to selections/invert and hit delete on your keyboard.  Move this layer below your frame..do no deselect at this time.  Now find the tube you are going to use and I enlarged mine so I could get only the face part in the frame..copy and paste this as a new layer and hit delete again, once you have it the way you want it.  Now you can deselect.  Move the tube below your frame layer.  Lower the opacity of the paper in the layer pallet to 50%.

Add you tube and place it any way you choose.  Add the rest of any of the embellishments you wish to use and as you noticed, I used the word art on the frame, right below the face of the girl.  You can place it anywhere you choose, that is up to you. Be sure and  add a drop shadow of choice to your tubes and . Now would be a good time to add your copyright information before you animate.

I also took the buckle and enlarged it enough to put above the tag and added the words in a lighter blue color from the tag and added "Blue Jeans Kinda Gal!" with my Kinkee font.

To animate, I duplicated the merged layer twice having three layers.  I then went to DSB Flux bright noise using the setting below:

First layer: Mixed setting at 35

Second layer mixed setting at 45

Third layer mixed setting at 55

I Xed out the second and third layers and clicked on the first layer then when to edit/copy merged and took it to animation shop as pasted as a new animation.  Went back to PSP Xed out the first layer, unXed the second layer and went to edit/copy merged and took to animation shop and pasted after current frame.  Do the same thing with your third layer till you have all three layers in animation shop.  Check your animation and make sure you are pleased with the speed of the frames.  I left mine at the default setting of 10, but how you want to do it is your choice.  You might want to add your name before you take to animation shop, but I always make the tag first then go back and make the name later.  Then I take the name to animation shop paste as a new layer, close that out and I make sure I have propagate paste clicked and paste it where I want it..

I hope this was easy enough for you to follow and you enjoyed doing my tutorial.
