CAREER HISTORY
After graduation, he found it a little difficult to get used to life on a starship. He focused his attention to his job and keeping up with the latest scientific discoveries. The few friends he had managed to help him become more social and less of a recluse in the Science Lab. He discovered that he had a natural talent at Three Dimensional Chess as well as domjot. It was while serving on the Hydra that he made a name for himself when he was put in charge of charting and cataloging a previously unknow nebula in an unexplored region of Beta Quadrant the he stumbled upon while doing a gravimetric survey of the region. He also helped in the gathering of data on a trinary star system while serving on the Hydra. While serving on the Vicksburg, Bruce met and fell in love with the Warp Field Specialist on the starship Eisenhower, Lyta Sheridan. They met on Starbase 201 while their ships were undergoing refit and crew rotations. Currently serving on the Intrepid, Bruce has gone from Assistant Chief Science Officer to Chief Science Officer after the death of Brian Walker, the former CSO.
PERSONAL HISTORY
Bruce grew up in Chicago and led an uneventful childhood. Shortly after graduating high school, he immediately turned to Starfleet as a career. Natually curious about science and astronomy, he excelled in all his classes and graduated at the top 5 percent of his class. His hobbies include camping, hiking, astronomy, rock collecting, playing his vintage Cherry Red 1961 Gibson SG Special guitar and listening to Latin and 1960s club jazz as well as some Ancient Earth Classic Rock.
