Computer begin log:

 

It seems that our Councelor, Lt R Shark, was not who or what he appeared to be. As it turns out Mr Shark did not have any qualifications to be a councelor, which would explain some of his practices. Also it appears he was planning a mutiny onboard which has been thwarted. Thankfully Starfleet discovered and reached us with this information before any more damage could be caused. Mr. Shark has now been transfered to the nearest starbase where he will face a court marcial.
