Borguard picks up a ship coming in fast. he can't get a fix on what it is but he thinks it's the enemy ship. "frack, something is coming in really fast." he said as he keeps scanning.

"looks like this going to get rough." he said. then he got a positive ID on the vessel. "wait, is that?....holy frack beans, i ever thought i would glad to see that ship." he yells back to his team. "hey guys, the Intrepid is coming." he said with relief as he can rest easy now. he brings the ship out of warp and holds position waiting for the Intrepid to pick them up.

Regnessem Vessel:

 

"50....40.....30..."

 

The Captain of the vessel was on his last nerve =\/=Engineering we are running out of time I want it fixed now!

 

"10...9...8.. Autodestruct aborted"

 

The Captain breathed a sigh of relieve and gave the members of his crew a moment to regroup, but only a moment.  "Locate that shuttle and set course for it at the fastest we can go."

 

"Aye Captain"

 

Several minutes later the Regnessem located the shuttle.  "We have located the shuttle, engaging now."

 

The ship jumped in speed, and the crew felt a collective desire to recapture the humans.  A few of them had been shot, none died but it had angered them.  It had also angered them that the incident happened in the first place, after all they are far superior to humans!

 

"Sir we have located another ship intercepting the shuttle."

 

"Can you identifiy it?"

 

"It appears to be the human vessel"

 

"Red alert."

Brian was sitting at his station as they were approaching the shuttle, he picked up strage readings and saw that there was another ship heading for there location, he thought to himself of what it could be then he noticed what exactly this ship
was. Brian tapped is commbadge =/\= All hands to battle stations. =/\= Brian then turned around and faced the Commander, "Sir we have a Regnessem ship inbound for the shuttle."

"Sir suggest we beam the shuttle into a shuttle bay and warp out of here."

(Scott)

"Understood sir." Brian turned around and started to do scans very fast.

"Sir we have a Regnessem ship inbound for the shuttle."

 

 

 

"Aye sir," replied Ensign Spencer, "I've locked on and am lowering shields now..."

 

A moment later...

 

"Sir, We've got them, raising shields back up" says Spencer

 

"Helm, get us out of here," replied Scott

 

"Aye sir,"  says Ellerly as the ship noticiably changes direction of the ship and speeds away...

 

he sits back and finally breaths easily. "looks like were finally in the clear. when i get back i'm gonna take a long shower so i can get that Regnessem smell off of me. he said as joke to lighten the mood. he waits a few minutes until the shuttle landed.

Brian was sitting at his station, "Well I'll go greet the Hazard Team and then take em down to sickbay." With that Brian turned around and walked away and walked into the turbolift, "Deck 14." Brian zoomed dowwards 13 decks and stepped out and walked into the shuttlebay. "Who is the officer incharge here?"

"Please report to sickbay Lt. with your team and then head to the Hazard Team Operations for a debriefing."

(Borguard)

"Thank you Lt. Also the Captain should be returning soon...thought I'd give you that good news." With that Brian turned away and walked out of the shuttlebay.

The shuttle came to a gentle halt in the shuttlebay of the USS Intrepid.  The Hazard Team was home, and they all took a sort of collective sigh of relief.

 

The Hazard Team began to leave the shuttle, but Breanna stayed on board for a few minutes longer.  Always an engineer she took care of a few things, but suddenly felt very tired.  She picked up her things and then walked out the shuttle.

 

As she left it she heard a familiar voice say Who is the officer incharge here?"  She thought she must be hearing things, it sounded like... like a ghost from her past.  It couldn't be him.

 

Standing with the rest of the Hazard Team she realized she was mistaken.  Her former boyfriend, Brian Walker stood in front of Lt Borguard.  What a time for him to be here she thought... I must look horrible...

 

Go to sickbay then a debriefing?  Breanna was interested in doing neither of the two.  She was tired and wanted to sleep, not in going through unnecessary medical proceedures and then sitting through something a report could handle.  She was definetly not in the mood for this and hoped there was some way she could get out of it.

 

"Thank you Lt. Also the Captain should be returning soon...thought I'd give you that good news." With that Brian turned away and walked out of the shuttlebay.

Borguard stepped out of the shuttle and sees Lt. Walker waiting for them. "Who is the officer incharge here?"

"i am, Lt. jg Borguard. acting commander of the hazard team." he told him.

 

"Please report to sickbay Lt. with your team and then head to the Hazard Team Operations for a debriefing."

"alright but we better make this quick, my team has been through alot, but we'll be there." he told Lt. Walker.

"Thank you Lt. Also the Captain should be returning soon...thought I'd give you that good news." With that Brian turned away and walked out of the shuttlebay.

 

"it's about time." he said to himself. he turns to his team. "alright, looks like we got to do this and get it out of the way. lets get this done fast we all can get some R&R." he told his team.

Dr. Nathaniel Thompson is in Sick Bay checking over the Hazard Team, who had just returned from their mission.

 

"Well Lt Borgaurd you have a few bruises and scratches but otherwise you are fine, and of course free to go"

 

"What about the rest of the team?" asked Borguard

 

"I've checked everyone but O'Malley, but they are in pretty good shape, considering..." he replied

 

Nathan then walked over the the biobed Breanna was resting on. He asked her the usual questions as he ran a tricorder scan over her. 

 

"What's your verdict?" she asked

 

"You are going to be fine...  You have a sprain and a cracked rib, but I'll have you fixed up in no time."

 

The rest of the team went to Hazard Team Operations for the debriefing, while Nathan continued his work.  It took him over 20 minutes to finnish, and during that time the debriefing finnished.

 

Regnessem Vessel

 

"Captain they have the shuttle and the ship has left."

 

The Captain stand up and throws an object across the room, nearly hitting one of his crewman.

 

"Should I set a pursuit course sir?"

 

The captain says nothing but fumingly paces the floor. 

 

"Sir?"

 

He sits down feeling defeated, but there, but there is a resiliancy within him.  "Set course for the homeworld."

 

"But sir!"

 

"I said set course for the homeworld.  We can't get them now but don't worry we will have our revenge..."

Brian was sitting in the Hazard Team Operations, he stood up as the Hazard Team started to walk in and take there seats, "Ok everyone, would you please sumbit a report to the Captain and the Commander of what the hell happened over there, include things of braverly and what exactly yall did, I don't know maybe something on what you could have done or should have done. I think that would be it, so with that sumbit that before the Captain returns."

Brian looked at Brenna, "Well Crewman, we need to know what happened over there. You just don't think we are just gonna take the Lt.'s word, I think it would be best if we have views from everyone."

(Brenna)

Brian looked at Brenna, "That will be all, your dimissed crewman."

(Brenna)

"I said you were dismissed crewman!" Brian turned around and went and logged off the computer and looked back up at the Hazard Team.

(Hazard Team..Anyone)

Crewman Robert Brenna, who was a security officer assigned to this mission, sat through the debriefing, tired, disgusted, and in need of a shower.  He had just gotten back from a grueling mission and now he was being preached to!

 

 

 

Brian looked at Brenna, "Well Crewman, we need to know what happened over there. You just don't think we are just gonna take the Lt.'s word, I think it would be best if we have views from everyone."

 

"I'll tell you what you can do with everyones view..."

 

Brian looked at Brenna, "That will be all, your dimissed crewman."

"Can't stand a little constructive critisism, eh?"

 

"I said you were dismissed crewman!" Brian turned around and went and logged off the computer and looked back up at the Hazard Team.

 

"Fine I dont need this anyway," With that Robert Brenna left Hazard Ops and went to his quarters.

Brian was standing there at the front of the room, "Thank you everyone, dismissed. Go have your showers and eat some food."

(Hazard Team)

With that Brian walked out of the room and to the turbolift, "Deck 2." Brian zoomed upwards, he stepped out and walked into his quarters. =/\= Walker to Sahara, we will half to cancel our game for tonight, prehaps tomorrow night when the Captain is back onboard. =/\=

=/\= Very well, good night. =/\= Brian walked over to his bed and got undressed and slipped into the bed and fell asleep.

Soon alpha shift ends, and the officers who worked on the bridge for so long finally get to rest.
