Dragon wakes up.  Everything that just happened was all just a dream.  But, it felt real to him.  Too real.  He pushed that thaught aside and got up and went over to his couch and sat down.  For a few minuets, a feeling of regret and remorse fell over him as he had a few flashbacks of his assimilation.  Every motion he made, every thing that happened, every ship that faught it destroyed in a hopless attempt to take it down.  It all bothered him.  Soon, everything went away and he grabed a near by data padd and began to read over it.  After a while, he dropped the padd and fell asleep.

Looking at the large chair in the center of the bridge, Jayden makes his way to it.  At Captain Venger's prompt, he sits down in the chair, and looks over the controls on it.  "The Captain's Chair, I assume?" Jayden asks.  "Not many of our own ships have something like this.  Majority of the time, the Captain is walking around the bridge, or giving a briefing at the flight deck."  Flipping through the different readouts, Jayden sees that the setup is like what was used on the older Orphen ships when they had just started inter-stellar travel, other than the matter/anti-matter readouts.

Following Captain Venger through the multiple decks of the USS Intrepid, inquiring about different things, such as the shuttlecraft.

 

Following her into engineering, Jayden stops, staring at the warp core like it's the most impressive thing he's seen since teleporting onto the ship.  "What in the name of Kasshan...?" is the only thing that he says, before walking up to the railing separating the deck from the matter/anti-matter reactor.

She lead him throught the next 13 decks at about the same rate.  When they reached deck 24, she tried to remember if she forgot anything.  She smiled as she remembered what she had forgot and lead him back to the turbolift and to deck 9. 

 

She stoped by a door, pressed some buttons on a panel next to it and then turned to Cmdr Kelvari.  "What im going to show you last is the holodeck, you can program anything you want, and its like you are actually there, seeing it, and living it."

 

The doors open, the step inside, and she says "And this is Earth....."

She later took him to Transporter Room 3, his time on the Intrepid had been completed.  She watched as he stood on the transporter pad.

 

"Safe journey, Commander."

 

"Transporter Chief, energize."

Dragon wakes up again. Just as he woke up, his alarm for his next shift goes off.

 

"Crap.  Im going to be late."  Dragon runs out the door and down the hall and into the turbolift.  He steps in.

 

"Bridge." The lift begins to move and soon it arrives at the bridge.  He steps onto the bridge and walks over to his post.  The officer that was on duty steps away and steps into the turbolift and dissapears.

 

"Sorry I'm late everyone.  I really need to work on that."  He assumes his post.

"Prepare to deactivate tractor beam" said Captain Venger. "Inform the USS Clarion that we will soon be ready for them  to take the Dragon the rest of the way to the Starbase."

 

"Open a channel to the Dragon."

 

"Channel open, sir" replied Cmdr Scott.

 

"This is Captain Venger, the ship you see within range is the USS Clarion, it will take you to the starbase for repairs--they will take good care of you there.   Safe journey home...."

"Aye, sir.  Preparing to deactive the tractor beam."

 

Dragon types in the command to deactivate the tractor beam but does not execute the command.

 

"Ready."  Dragon sits and waits for the captains order to deactivate the tractor beam.

Having been amazed by quite a bit of the tour, Jayden reflects back on the apparant technology of the Alliance.  And I thought that the Alliance was the top-of-the-line in just about everything.... he thinks to himself, finding his thought interrupted by  a message from the Intrepid.

"Copy that, Captain Venger," Jayden replies, glancing over at the sensor readout, which shows another unidentified craft closing on their location. "We're registering it at 15,000 Klicks right now."

"Captain the Clarion has confirmed its ready."

 

"Very well.  Disengage tractor beam."

 

The Clarion soon activated its own tractor beam, and began to tow the Dragon back to Starbase   For a moment, they watched to make sure there were no problems. 

 

"Helm, reset course to planet Nisab, warp 5.  Inform the colony we are back on course."

Lays down on a bio bed. holding her head wating for the doctor to cheek on her.

Doctor Thompson walks over to the biobed where Deanna is.

 

"Im sorry I took so long, things have been a little crazy lately...."

 

He pulls out a tricorder and begins his scan.  "I see..."  Walks away and then a few minutes later walks back and gives her a hypo.  "That should make your symptoms go away, if they return within five hours, come back and see me." 

Captain's Log

Computer begin log;

A few days have passed since the Intrepid last saw the ISS Dragon.  We successfully completed the mission at Nisab and are now on course to meet the USS Tomanche for crew transfer and to send the Admirals on their way.

 Captain Venger is in the transporter room with Admiral Garren.  "... I have a few notes here for some things you can improve on, but this was an enjoyable trip....."

 

After recieving some orders Admiral Garren stepped on the transporter pad.  "... I'll be sure to tell your father.  Take care."

 

Engages transport and then contacts the brigde to set the new course.... 

she blinks.  "doctor thank you. what happend.?"

"I believe that the Dragon, the damaged vessel we encountered, leaked something out into space, and somehow you were exposed to it.  I do not beleive there should be any permanent problems from this either.
