Passion And Desire

 

If passion were a flame of fire, 
That burned into my soul;
I'd be consumed by this inferno,
By you who makes me whole.

Just like the moth who can't resist,
Who's drawn into the fire;
I dance around the flickering light,
Of passion and desire.

I look so deeply in your eyes,
At the hair I long to touch;
I hear my name come whispering,
'Cross lips I need so much.

My heart is filled with longing,
I stand too near the fire.
Again I'm drawn by the music,
Of passion and desire.

My hands reach out to touch you,
I live for one look from your eyes;
I whisper your name in the quiet times,
My love too strong to deny.


I dance to the tune of your music,
I sway in the glow of your fire.
Ever drawn into this inferno,
Of passion and desire.

  You and I

Online friends for over a year

We've had our share of fun

Lots of laughs, sometimes a tear

Those times wont be undone

 

Ill never be able to understand

Why god would take you away

All I can do is offer my hand

And cherish you everyday

 

You've always been right there for me

You can always make me smile

Dont let him suffer, hear my plea

Dear god leave him here for awhile

 

The memories will never die

The friendship that we shared

And in our hearts both you and I

Will remember how much we cared.

 

I wrote this poem for a very specail online friend of mine back in 2001 when we found out he was very ill, he passed away a few years ago.  RIP Weeparts.

To My Love

 

When I’m with you I feel as if time has froze

If only that feeling could last forever.

Being around you makes my spirit soar.

 

When you’re not here with me

I feel darkness and loneliness surround me

I count down the days, hours, and minutes

That seems to be endless

 

I wish I could lie in your arms forever

Never leave the warmth that’s there

Snuggle up and let you chase away my fears.

 

Nights when I’m lying restlessly in bed

Constant thoughts of you running through my head

When I fall asleep all I dream is you

Then when I waken I know I’ll always love you.
