Thoughts on the oil  Crisis

A lot of folks can't understand how we came to have an oil shortage here in our country.
Well, there's a very simple answer.
Nobody bothered to check the oil.
We just didn't know we were getting low.
The reason for that is purely geographical.
Our Oil is located in
ALBERTA
BRITISH COLUMBIA
MANITOBA
COASTAL NEW BRUNSWICK
COASTAL   LABRADOR

Our DIPSTICKS are  located  in OTTAWA

same thing here in the USA. We have plenty of oil in this country but the dipsticks in Washington are too afraid of cutting down a few tress to get it. Im, all for preserving nature anytime we can, but we  must have priorities. Right now that means drilling in our country and giving Saudi Arabia the bird, and I DON'T mean the kind that flies.

Sorry for ruining your joke but it just seemed like a good place to insert this, with all the talk of dipsticks, which Washington is overflowing with, and the way things are looking, will only get worse

or get a horse, but then, with the price of hay already high, it'd go through the roof.
The way I figure it, someone's gonna stick it to ya, no matter what
