Was wondering how you are doing Smart!!!  I know it is a toughie but believe me you can do it!!  The longer you stay away from it the easier it will get!  Until one day you wonder how you ever even smoked a cigarette!!!  The are disgusting and you are doing your grandaughter the world of good........
