Cinnamon Pumpkin Dessert
1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar 4 tbsp butter 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional) Mix together and press in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish
Combine: 1 can (15-ounce) pumpkin puree 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt Mix well in a large bowl
Stir in: 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
Spoon on top of the crust
Freeze, covered until firm, about 3 hours
Top servings with dollops of whipped cream Sprinkle with cinnamon | | |
