9 croissants
½ cup raisins
1 granny smith apple (peeled and chopped)
5 cups milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon nutmeg
Tear croissants into bite size pieces. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into buttered pan. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
1 egg yolk
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons sour mash whiskey
Whisk all ingredients pour over hot bread pudding.
