2 lbs gr beef from sprouts sauteed with onion and bell pepper,

  salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders, drained of grease

3 small cans chili beans

1 can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 can mild rotel

1 can chopped tomatoes

3 small cans of spicy V-8

1 can chopped green chilis

1 small finely minced jalapeno

1 Tbsp chili powder

 

Combine all in large crockpot and heat through for a couple hours.

 

Make a pan of cornbread to accompany using 2 Jiffy's, 1 drained can of diced green chilis, and a big handful of shredded cheese.  Bake in 8x8 pan according to directions.

 

 

For transport, place in crockpot box and insulate with crumpled paper stuffed all around, place carefully on floor of truck and drive slowly!!!  lol
