For those who don't already know and want to try do this click reply then
Click on the square above that says insert table-third one over from the smily face
Change the number two in rows and columns to one--then click border--put the border size to 15' then delete the numbers in the color box---then click insert and you should have this
Click in the center of the box---then add a picture or text' the box will expand.
