Oh, Eric me made remember something.
 
On Matts second reign, he beat Isabella at Palooza and fused the belt with the XW Belt to make the XTREME IMPACT TITLE. Then on a RAGE after, Matt got beat by Sapphire.
 
And Sapphire was beat by Blade Law, i think the belt went back to the regular Impact title then.
