RAGE #115, on 11/13, will take place one year after the death of Eddie Guerrero.

"It almost slipped by," commented Trunks Kenni to w2k.com. "And I can't believe it. It was actually a fan that sent it in and requested W2K do something in San Antonio to celebrate his memory and help ease some of the fans' heartache on this one year mark."

Trunks Kenni told w2k.com that W2K had many plans in the works. "Along with the spectacular show, we've decided that every ticket sale will have 50% donated to the Guerrero family. We also have scheduled a tribute match to mark the occasion, too. It's short notice, but we're gonna have something up and running for the event."

Apparently, some things may conflict.

"But we don't really have a choice. I mean, it's what the fans want and while this was aotu to pass, all we can say is the wrestling business is really busy and really forgetful. It's all about what you did for it lately, and if you've been gone a year, that's an eternity."

Trunks Kenni assures us that there will be a tribute, and it'll hinge somewhat on David Van Dam's heat from last year.

"We're banking on the fact that DVD is slimey, and would say things in a way that would rub everyone wrong. We don't have a hero as of yet, and had WallStreet not gone to Hong Kong, he'd be a prime choice. Too bad, too sad, since there aren't free rides in W2K, and we doubt he'd want to be a part of W2K programming right now anyway, especially with half of ticket sales not going into his pocket. Although nothing's concrete, we definately want the Champion involved. It's like, our top tribute, you know what I mean? Everything stops for the Champion and so for the Champion to be involved in the tribute it lets everyone know that "hey, W2K is putting some work into this".

So stay tuned and see what kind of tribute W2K may have in store.
