Wrestling 2000's recent popularity had brought it back into the good graces of MSN Network. It's a see-saw battle, as Trunks Kenni put it, when it comes to the Network.
But, now, that W2K is on an upswing, they saw this as their chance to push a new show and original programming onto the Network.
"It'll be Fridays. The name isn't clear yet. We wouldn't be using Collision Course, as it was a predominantly male-driven show, although it highliughted the womens division alot." Trunks said for a statement. "Plus, this time around, we want it predominantly female-driven show to reviatelize and revolutionize the Women's Division on MSN. W2K on Fridays should have the best in womens' competition and truly reform it into something the girls can be proud of."
Surely, this would require outside help of another booker.
"Of course it would," he went on to say. "And we may have secured a contract with someone. W2K really looks forward to this person, and we'll be announcing it as soon as the deal with the Network goes through. And when it does go through, W2K will be able to have three to four hours of original programming. It's intense. Guys will be on the show but it'll be oreitned towards the Championess title for sure."
More on this as it comes through.
