Whilst the plan seems to be to make the W2K and Impact titles "seperate but equal", the surge in signed contracts as of late is making Jerm and Hamid reconsider the two-titles-only policy. At the same time, they do not want designated "this title is higher than that title", as in previous years. As such, the Television, High Risk, Championess, and Tag Titles will all remain merged and retired within the W2K and Impact titles.
Now, to redesign the upper midcard, with the Main Event situation reforming, is the next task at hand. One idea tossed around thus far has been to bring back the Triad Championship; or just start from scratch altogether to come up with a new, never-before-seen title made especially for W2K.
